assurance system specially designed for the food industry, namely the Hazard
Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system. This means re-organising the production
process to mimise risk by perfecting control at certain critical points. This
system operates on the principle of the orderly progression of products
along the line and by keeping certain areas isolated in order to prevent
cross-contamination. In a context of food industry regulation, the HACCP system guarantees the customer maximum product purity (improved hygiene) coupled with better ingredient traceability.

Quality Control Laboratory. Our Test Laboratory, a valued partner of the
Group, combines rigour with experience (with 15 years of experience in
