Our laboratory's services are tailored to meet any need related to the production of dietary supplements.
We can develop techniques to measure the concentration of active substances or detect trace materials in finished products.
We can furthermore validate such new test methods in accordance with ICH Guidelines and carry out stability testing.

The most recent changes in the regulations encourage systematic validation and pre-production testing.

Sophisticated tests for GMP-compatible quality control

Our testing capability is in line with the high standards of our customers and depends on state of the art techniques and equipment (HPLC, GC, GC/MS, UV spectrophotometry, etc.) to realise our ambition of total consumer safety.

Routine testing includes :

• systematic quality control tests on every batch

• botanical identification of whole plants

• contaminant risk management (pesticides, heavy metals, aflatoxin, ochratoxin, benzopyrenes, etc.)

• the assessment of physical and chemical properties, and bacteriological testing in accordance with a Pharmacopoeia (or equivalent if not covered in any Pharmacopoeia).

All these operations are carried out by teams working in special units, each of which includes a substitute technician and a replacement in order to ensure the reproducibility of the laboratory's services.
